In case you need recommendation from our team for lender, we will be happy to share information of the lenders with whom we have worked in the past and know that they will be able to close on time.
Let's start with window shopping. This is the most exciting part. Our team will help set up search and you will get daily emails on new houses that are available for sale. You will receive all the information on house. Not all real estate websites are the same. Our team will discuss the details of contract - price, ownership, closing date and few other details and prepare the contract. We will walk you through contract, help answer any questions you have and once you feel comfortable, you will sign contract and our team will work with sellers agent to make sales pitch and will send offer along with your pre-approval letter.
In case seller doesn't like all the conditions of contract, there could be some back and forth and that's where our teams experience will come in handy.

This is where we follow on our contract; Due diligence , Inspection , ordering appraisal and ensuring lender is ready to close on time. Our team will walk you through each step of the way. Getting inspection done and asking seller for list of items to be fixed before closing is an important step and our experienced team will be there to help you.
On closing day, sharpen your pencils and stretch your fingers to sign the documents. We have successfully jumped through all the hoops and reached finish line. Title company will help co-ordinate all the paperwork and notary will walk you through all the papers; our agent will be there to help answer any questions that you might have.
